AMLA & financial-crime program
We operate a risk-based AML program covering customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence for higher-risk merchants, ongoing transaction monitoring, sanctions screening against OFAC, UN, and AMLC lists, suspicious-transaction reporting, and a five-year record-retention policy.
KYB onboarding
Every merchant completes a Know-Your-Business onboarding flow before being allowed to accept live payments. We collect SEC/DTI registration documents, beneficial-ownership information, government-issued identification of authorised signatories, and a description of the business model.
Audit and assurance
Internal audit reviews are conducted quarterly. External audits are scheduled annually once we move out of sandbox.
